📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Processing time is 1–2 business days from the date of your order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

We ship to most countries worldwide.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Currency: All orders are charged in USD unless otherwise stated.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime via your account dashboard.
❗ Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes (for certain carriers).
Some products may not be available for international shipping due to legal or logistical restrictions (e.g., batteries, aerosols).
🚫 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on our findings.
✏️ Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
If you notice a mistake, contact us ASAP. We may be able to update the address before the order ships.

Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods (e.g., holidays) may affect delivery.
